What is the Cornhusker Power Goodwill Fund?
The Cornhusker Power Goodwill Fund is the money collected from nearly 56% of Cornhusker Public Power District customers who voluntarily agree to have their electric bill rounded up to the next highest dollar.
Who is eligible for funds?
Funding from Cornhusker Power Goodwill Fund is available to organizations within the counties served by Cornhusker Public Power District—Platte, Boone, Nance, Colfax, Greeley and Wheeler. The recipient does not have to be a customer of our Cornhusker Public Power District. Organizations may apply once a year. Funds shall not be used for religious or political purposes.
