Load Control Text Alert Troubleshooting
If you have recently changed cell phone carriers, changed phones, or are having trouble receiving Load Control text messages, please follow these steps to re-enable Load Control text alerts.
- Text the word unstop to 844-390-2779 and send the message.
- Then text the word loadcontrol to the same number: 844-390-2779.
Please type the words exactly as shown, with no spaces. Some phones may try to autocorrect or capitalize the words, so be sure the message says:
